Estimator

Estimating at Caladesi starts early, often before drawings are finished. You will work with our planning and design team to price concepts, take off quantities, gather subcontractor and supplier pricing, and assemble proposals that owners can trust.

This role sits in our Largo office and works closely with the project managers who deliver the jobs you price.

• Three or more years estimating commercial construction
• Confident with takeoff and estimating software and Excel
• Familiar with pre-engineered metal building systems, or eager to learn them
• Organized, detail-minded and comfortable with deadlines
• Good written communication for proposals and clarifications
