Caladesi Construction & Development, Inc. (“Caladesi”, “we”, “us”) operates caladesi.biz. This policy explains what information the website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies only to this website, not to our offices, job sites, or the third-party sites we link to.
Information you give us
When you use a form on this site (the contact form or the Start Your Project form) we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us about your project. When you book a call through the scheduling panel, the scheduling service collects the details needed to set up the appointment.
We use this information to answer your enquiry, evaluate and discuss your project, and keep a record of our conversation. Form submissions are emailed to our office and stored in the website’s form entries so we can refer back to them.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
We use Matomo, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how long visits last, and where visitors come from. Matomo may set a small cookie in your browser to recognise a return visit. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you by name.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies: analytics cookies from Matomo, and functional cookies needed for forms and the scheduling panel to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may stop the scheduling panel from working.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site are provided by other companies under their own privacy policies. These include the scheduling service used for discovery calls (cal.com), the email delivery service that sends form notifications, and any map or video embedded on a page. We do not control those services.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above, as needed to run the website, and when required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage a potential or ongoing project, then deleted. Server logs and analytics data are kept for a limited period and then removed or aggregated.
