Belleair Bluffs Causeway Bait House
The Project
This Design/Build project for Pinellas County consisted of a stilt type design with a ground level for live bait, air conditioned upper level bait shop/concession area, restroom and exterior decks for viewing the beautiful scenery. The construction of the Belleair Baithouse utilized concrete piles to meet the flood design criteria, pressure treated structurals, composite decking, glulam beams, accessible lift, hardieplank siding, impact resistant doors/windows and aluminum roofing.
