For this project Caladesi added electrical lights and fans to a pre-existing metal building for workers to accept dropped off electronic recycling items.

The Project
Caladesi Construction was awarded the opportunity to renovate the pump/storage building and construct a neighborhood park. The project also entailed site work consisting of drainage, utilities, concrete walkways, parking and driveway pavement, site lighting, fencing and landscaping. Caladesi fashioned a beautiful and welcoming park around the tank and building by creating winding walkways amid decorative landscaping welcoming Pinellas County to safe and enjoyable park for pedestrians.
