For this project Caladesi added electrical lights and fans to a pre-existing metal building for workers to accept dropped off electronic recycling items.
Pier 60
The Project
Pier 60 is the landmark of Clearwater Beach. Caladesi Construction built everything that sits on top of the pilings: the bait house, the board walk, the hand rails, and all conduit for plumbing and electricity to the bait house.
The comprehensive project also included two separate covered play areas, an entertainment pavilion, and the full-service restaurant concession. All of these facilities meet the rigorous safety standards that a hurricane-prone beach community needs.
