Skyview Recreation Center

This 3,000 S.F. Design/Build Facility consists of a large open multi-purpose recreational/instructional space that is amendable to a wide variety of room configurations. Included were breakroom facilities; separate storage areas to accommodate large recreational equipment and janitorial equipment; an electronics room; men and women’s restrooms; and a front reception/administrative work area with a computer station.

Also included is a small breakout/quiet room used for small group instruction, tutoring or computer questions. The room and its contents/occupants had to be easily visible from other areas of the building by means of a transparent partition.
