What being a Butler Builder means

Near the bottom of every page on this site you will find the Butler Builder mark. It is easy to scroll past, so here is what it means and why we have carried it for so long.

Butler Manufacturing designs and fabricates pre-engineered metal building systems. An authorized Butler Builder is a local contractor trained and licensed to design with those systems, erect them, and stand behind the finished building. Caladesi has held that authorization for decades, and the framed award in our office is one of several the company earned along the way.

Why it matters to an owner

For a warehouse, a hangar, a fleet shop or a distribution center, a pre-engineered system can shorten the schedule and control cost without giving up quality. The roof and wall systems arrive engineered to the site, and the structure goes up quickly in the hands of a crew that has done it many times.

Built to last

Many of the metal buildings we put up in the 1970s and 1980s are still in daily use. That record is the real meaning of the mark: a building system we trust, installed by people who know it well.
