Caladesi Construction provided a new 24,500 square foot Factory Mutual compliant / climate controlled manufacturing facility which included: Complete site development, utility installations, with associated parking areas, Butler Pre-Engineered metal Building, plumbing, compressed air/water for equipment, heating, air conditioning, electrical and fire alarm system.
