This was a complete demolition of the existing men’s lounge and expansion into the old locker room area.

The Project
Design and built a 9,200 square foot high precision machine shop with a small clean room. This space was constructed so that the owner could manufacture critical tolerance components and is temperature controlled to +/- 1 degree F.
