The Project
Caladesi Construction was chosen to renovate and expand an existing bowling alley structure into a Key West style Ace Hardware Facility. The completed facility of 42,000 square foot included 6,000 square foot of tenant retail space with frontage on West Bay Drive, a main thoroughfare serving Largo.
